Multi-sensor fusion
Place several lasers around a surface. A finger seen by two sensors becomes a single contact in world space — no doubles, no seams.
Laser's Track fuses one or many Hokuyo lasers into a single, stable tracking surface — then streams it as native Windows Touch, TUIO 1.1 and OSC. Modern, resilient and built for permanent installations.
One engine that detects, fuses, tracks and outputs — designed to run unattended for months.
Place several lasers around a surface. A finger seen by two sensors becomes a single contact in world space — no doubles, no seams.
Each contact is injected onto the pixels of its screen. Multi-screen, transparent to any app, fully DPI-aware (PerMonitorV2).
/tuio/2Dcur over UDP for your creative tools, plus configurable raw OSC carrying screen index, position, velocity and width.
Contacts keep a consistent ID frame to frame for smooth drags and gestures, tracked in real-world millimetres.
Inclusion / exclusion rectangles plus range min/max per sensor — kill reflections from walls, floors and fixed objects.
Define screens in millimetres with a pixel target and rotation. The engine maps each contact onto the screen that contains it.
Auto-reconnect with back-off, a frozen-sensor watchdog and clear per-sensor status. Unplug a laser — it comes back on its own.
Runs on background threads, minimizes to the tray, starts minimized and auto-connects. Boot the PC and it streams unattended.
Activate once online and Laser's Track works offline forever on that machine. One license = one PC.
Every sensor detects in its own frame; the engine fuses them in a shared world, tracks the result and maps it to your screens.
Enter the resolution (px), the physical size (mm) and rotation, then assign the sensors that feed it. Use a detected monitor to fill it in automatically.
Pick a source — Simulator, UST Ethernet or URG Serial — set the pose, connect, then drag the 📡 in the World view to position it.
Inclusion or exclusion rectangles per sensor to keep only the useful area. Everything is saved automatically to a config profile.
Switch on Windows Touch, TUIO (host / port / source) and/or raw OSC. Turn on auto-start for a turnkey, unattended kiosk.
Native SCIP 2.0 over Ethernet or USB. Old URG units over RS-232 are supported too.
| Model | Connection | Resolution | Field of view | Range |

| URG-04LX-UG01 | USB-CDC (COM) | 1024 steps (0.35°) | 240° | 0.02 – 5.6 m |
